Training
The personnel need get the skill to suit their position base on Benwis's requirement,so all personnel need to train before entering their position. the training time will depends on they suit their position ability.
Salary & Development
The personnerl salary will depends on their skill or ability. Addtional revenue are collective tour fees,year-end premium,administer premium according to their work time limit for Benwis,ability,passion...,it will depends on Benwis's achievement or development at the year.For more information, please see employment manual.
Restriction
If the personnel decide to resignation after get Benwis's training,they should send in their papers ahead of 2 monthes. Giving more time to find others replacement position for the position to continue.Base on fair-competition agreement,All personnel must subscribe the paper of business secrecy restricting term who work at business operationing,design department or affect Benwis's business at anyone department.The term will be supplied by Benwis's Lawyer whom be appointed.
